• Sneads Ferry Shrimp Festival

  Come visit us at the 40th annual Sneads Ferry Shrimp Festival! We will have a table set up at the event, so come see what we've been up to!

  Also at the festival: Parade begins at 10:00am Saturday. The grounds will then open at 11:00am Saturday and 12:00 Noon on Sunday. Fireworks will be held around 9:00 pm on Saturday and a street dance at 9:30 pm. There will also be rides and kids activities, arts & crafts booths, a beer & wine garden and much more fun things to do for all ages.

  
  Admission is $3.00 for Adults, 2-Day Passes are $5.00.

  Join the White Oak-New Riverkeeper Alliance for a day of fun to keep your local rivers clean.

  We will be meeting at 8:30 am at the Queens Creek Bridge on Queens Creek Road in Swansboro. Canoes and kayaks will be launched by 9:00 am.

  We will provide water, trash bags and canoes or kayaks, or bring your own paddlecraft! 

  Be sure to register today to reserve your spot!

  We will also be holding 2 more clean ups on the 3rd Saturday of the month in September and October!
